RETURN POLICY
14 day return available for phones from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The phone must be delivered back to us by the 14th day in order for us to inspect the phone and before a refund is issued or before a replacement phone is given. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you once return request has been approved.
If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent we will cover the return shipping but any other reason the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for return shipping expense and have the sole right to approve or deny the cost.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all phone returns that are not the fault of BSD Phones. Faults of BSD phones are wrong item sent or manufacturer defects.
BSD Phones may waive this fee at their own discretion.
Late delivery by any carrier is not the fault of BSD Phones and therefore not a reason to waive the restocking fee nor the return shipping fee. If the proper shipping method was purchased then you will need to file a claim with the carrier for a shipping refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any shipping or restocking fees if applicable
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Phones that are returned damaged from customer usage (eg. customer dropped it, cracked screen, water damage etc..) will not be refunded or exchanged.
