3. Are the phones brand new or refurbished?
All phones sold by BSD Phones are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description such as for instance phones described as "open package" or "like new condition".
4. Do you offer warranties on your phones?
Yes, we offer a one year warranty on all phones except the FIG phones. The warranty is purchased through our store but it is handled by a third party company which processes claims for refunds or replacements. Once you purchase the warranty through BSD Phones, you will receive an email from this 3rd party warranty company with information on how to process a claim should you need to in the future. Warranties can only be purchased through BSD Phones for phones purchased from BSD Phones.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, cash and other secure online payment gateways.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 4 PM. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not ship overseas.Â
8. Can I return or exchange a phone if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the phone. Returns within the 14 day window that are not due to defective phones will be accepted with a 15% restocking fee provided the phone is returned in its original condition with all accessories included. There are no returns or replacements beyond the 14 day window and there are no returns or replacements for FIG phones. Customers that wish to obtain a longer period of coverage can always purchase the one year warranty (except for FIG phones).
9. Are the phones unlocked?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, all phones sold by BSD Phones are unlocked and can be used with any GSM carrier worldwide.

A: Yes! We offer phone plans and porting options for customers that want to keep their phone number. Our plans can include unlimited talk & text, talk only, and data options as well as plans for international calling. Our plan prices vary from $10/month and up. 14. Can I transfer my contacts from my old phone to a new one and is there a fee for this service?
A: Yes, for some phones the transfer is possible. We can assist you with transferring contacts and pictures from your old phone to your new one depending on the phone model and condition of your old phone. The fee for this service is $25. You can leave your phone with one of our staff members to complete the transfer process and we will notify you when the transfer is complete.
15: How do I buy a phone from your store?
A: You can buy a phone in-store at our Lakewood location (104 Clifton avenue, between 1st & 2nd St.), online or over the phone at (866) 273-3680. If you visit our store in person, one of our staff members can help you choose the right model and assist with payment. If you're purchasing online, simply choose the model you want and follow the checkout process.
16. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
17. Can I use a basic/kosher phone with any carrier?

18. Do I need to activate my new phone?
A: After purchasing, you'll need to insert your sim card to your new phone. If you’re using a new SIM card, follow the instructions to insert it and complete the activation. We can help with the setup if needed.Â
